Please review the following information prior to your stay
To secure a reservation we require a 50% deposit for the total stay. Balance due in cash or credit card upon check-in. Rates are subject to state and local taxes in the amount of 11%. A guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Identification will be requested at check-in. Two night minimum stay required on all holidays and all weekends in July and August.
Guests are not allowed to exceed the allowed and declared room capacities. Children of any age are considered guests. No floor sleepers. Guests may, however, bring a crib for infant children. Guests who violate this policy will either be asked to leave or will be charged a $30/per night per person over the occupancy limit (at owner’s discretion).
If you cancel 7 days or more prior to your stay, your deposit is refunded in its entirety. If you have two or more rooms reserved and cancel 15 days or more prior to your stay, we will refund your deposit in its entirety. Reservations cancelled with less than 7 days notice (or 15 days for multiple rooms) will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No shows will be charged the full amount for their reservation.
For the comfort of all of our guests, absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside the building, near the windows, or the exterior doorways. There is a designated smoking area outside the rear of the building. We ask that guests dispose of their butts in the appropriate container. Violation this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee being charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
For the comfort of all of our guests, pets are not allowed inside the building at anytime. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
A charge will be assessed to the credit card used to secure the reservation for missing or damaged property or items. This includes missing or damaged towels, remotes, damaged window screens, etc.
A $10 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card used to secure the reservation for each non-returned key at the time of check-out.
Guests are welcome to have visitors, however visitors not declared at the time of check-in must be out of the building by 11 pm. We ask that all guests and visitors be respectful of other guests at all times. We request that guests observe a “quiet time” from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. for the comfort of all guests.
Our office is open daily from 10 am – 7 pm or until the last guest checks in. Please contact our office in advance for late check-in directions if you will be arriving after 7 pm. Early check-ins may be available, but are not guaranteed. Generally, early check-ins are not available on weekends. Please contact our office for details.
Check-out is 11 am. Late checkouts will be charged $15 per hour, are based on availability, and may not exceed 1 pm. As The Suites are self-catering apartments, guests are asked to leave towels in the tub, dishes clean and put away, garbage appropriately disposed of, and fridge/freezer empty. Keys should be dropped off in the mailbox above the brochure rack in the front lobby area.
Suites are individually keyed. You are, however, responsible for securing your own room, car, and valuables. Management assumes no liability for guests’ personal property. The premises are monitored by video/audio surveillance.
